All their deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, only Express delivery, Next Day delivery and International deliveries can be tracked. If you would like to track your order, you can do so by logging in to your customer account. Otherwise, please message them on their Live Chat or email them at customercare@astridandmiyu.com and they can provide the necessary information for you.
Astrid & Miyu are happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 28 days of purchase. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. Please note they will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as they have received and taken care of your return, they will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued. Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. If your item has been bought via an A&M Gift Card, they will issue you a new credit note.
