KiwiCo accepts all major Debit & Credit cards.

Most subscriptions can be switched to a different line through your My Account page. To switch, click on your "Subscriptions" tab and then click "Edit" next to the subscription you would like to change. On the next screen, click "Switch Line" next to the crate line. Select the new line and click "Update Subscription". You'll see a green confirmation message at the top of the screen if the switch is successful.

KiwiCo offer expedited shipping options for the first crate of a subscription and items in their Store shipping to a U.S. address - these options will be available on the Shipping Information page during checkout. Options include:

• Free UPS Regular Shipping
• USPS Rush Shipping
• UPS 2 day shipping

The Deluxe option can be added before or after order checkout. To add the Deluxe option before checkout, select the “Yes, add the book!” button. "Already placed your order?"No problem. To add the Deluxe option after checkout, visit your Account Page, navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab, and select the “Upgrade to Deluxe” button.

Monthly subscription boxes are ineligible for return. KiwiCo accept returns on Store orders if the items are unused and not damaged. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
