What is Zooplus's shipping policy?
From a minimum order value of €19, Zooplus delivers (excl. shipping charges). Standard orders of €49 or more in the Republic of Ireland qualify for free delivery to the majority of postcodes.
Your postcode determines the actual cost of shipping, which you can see in your shopping basket before checking out.
What is Zooplus's returns policy?
Your satisfaction as a valued customer is Zooplus top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days to return it to Zooplus for a full refund (from the date you receive your goods). Zooplus will also pay for shipping the things back to Zooplus.
